Choose your specialization
Pick where you are most excited to make an impact: Community, Campus, or Innovation. You can explore more than one over time.

Share a CV or résumé (optional)
Optional for everyone, and not expected from high school applicants. We review holistically, not on credentials.

Answer 3 short reflection questions
Tell us about your motivation, a meaningful learning experience, and the unique perspective you would bring.

(Optional) Complete an innovation challenge
A short creative prompt tied to your specialization. Outstanding submissions may be featured or considered for future opportunities.

Each response should be no more than 150 words. You can draft these ahead of time and paste them into the form.
What inspires your interest in environmental health, community leadership, or responsible innovation, and what motivates you to become a PollutionProfile Changemaker?
Describe a time when you helped others understand a complex idea, solved a challenging problem collaboratively, or learned something meaningful through leadership, service, research, or creativity.

Innovation challenge
Complete one optional challenge tied to your specialization to show your creativity. Outstanding submissions may be featured in the community or considered for future leadership opportunities, fellowships, and paid roles as they become available.
Community
Design a creative outreach idea that could help make environmental health information more accessible or engaging within your local community.
Campus
Propose an educational event, initiative, or student organization activity that encourages conversations around environmental health, sustainability, or responsible technology on your campus.
Innovation
Describe one feature, tool, or user experience improvement that could make environmental health information more understandable, actionable, or accessible for diverse communities.
